Autumn Mug Rug

Some love it, and some hate it. Autumn can be dark, cold and wet. I have always thought that autumn is the season I like best. Mostly because of the crisp and sharp air and the amazing colours, especially in the mountains. It’s also time to light candles, pick up some yarn and a crochet hook, brew a nice cup of tea and curl up in your favourite chair under a cosy blanket. What’s not to love about that<3

Here is a little autumn treat for you. This mug rug is the perfect autumn make, alternating single crochets and double crochets to get a nice texture.

I used 6g of cotton yarn (Mandarin Petit from Sandnes Garn). One main colour and two colours for the fringes, all bits and bobs from my yarn stash.
